Privacy Policy

Genova processes the minimum personal data needed to provide the Service. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and third parties.

1. Data We Collect

Account email, profile info, uploaded videos and metadata, viewing/usage logs. For lottery winners we additionally collect legal name, country, payment account email, and submission IP.

2. Purpose

Service delivery and authentication, running competitions and the lottery, prize payout and identity verification, notification emails, and abuse prevention.

3. Retention

Kept until the purpose is fulfilled, then deleted, except where law requires longer retention. (Concrete periods to be specified when finalized.)

4. Processors / Third Parties

We use Supabase (database/auth), Mux (video), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (email) to operate the Service; each handles data only as needed for processing.

5. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data. Deleting your account removes related data per our policy.

6. Security

We apply reasonable safeguards: transport encryption, access control (RLS), and server-only storage of sensitive keys.
